Report incidents easily and handle them effectively?
It can be done with Phronesys' new incident module!
Using Phronesys & VCA-Online's incident module, you can report and track quality, safety or environmental incidents. Earlier this year, we sat down with some of our customers to give that module a thorough upgrade. During that workshop, we established the outline for a new, more dynamic incident module outlined. We are pleased to announce that the upgrade is now available! In implementing the improvements, there was a strong focus on usability, personalization and automation.
Personalize - Determine your own process flows
The new module can be used more broadly than just for quality, safety and/or environmental incidents. Categories and sub-categories can be self-set and the process flows may vary by (sub-)category. For example, the process flow becomes more extensive as the severity of the incident increases. Users can therefore choose entirely how they set up this module, for example, also for:
- Quality incidents
- Security incidents
- Environmental incidents
- GDPR incidents
- ...
Report - Quickly and anywhere with the mobile app
The mobile app provides a low-threshold way to immediately report an incident. That notification is automatically registered in the cloud application.
Management - The right person in charge
Analyze - automatic & comprehensive reports
The module also includes more comprehensive reports. Heinrich's pyramid is an example of a new report that can be automatically generated for security incidents. In addition, the module supports different types of cause analysis, as you may want to investigate a GDPR incident differently than a first aid incident.
