The following controller notifies you of the processing of your personal data through this "Privacy Policy": Phronesyss bv , which has its registered office at Hannekenshoek 15, 2200 Herentals and is registered in the C.B.E. under VAT number BE 0808.410.074, (hereinafter referred to as "Phronesyss").

This privacy policy describes the essential information used to process your personal data.

By providing your personal data on the website and by entering personal data at the e-mail addresses provided on this website, you declare that you have read this privacy policy and that you also expressly consent to this policy and to its processing as such.

1.1. With regard to the processing of personal data, Phronesyss complies with the applicable "Law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy with respect to the processing of personal data", as amended by the Law of December 11, 1998 and the anti-spam provisions of Book XII of the Code of Economic Law on the "Law of Electronic Economy".

1.2. In addition, Phronesyss endeavors to comply with the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 regarding the Processing of Personal Data (General Data Protection Regulation or better known as GDPR).

2. Personal data

2.1 Personal data you communicate to us

Category 1: if you do not register: your IP address;

Category 2: if you sign up for the newsletter or a webinar: your e-mail address, first name and last name;

Category 3: via cookies: tracking how you use the website;

Category 4: billing information if any of Phronesyss' products or services are ordered;

Category 5: personal data if you take a course provided by Phronesyss.

2.2 Phronesyss may collect information about you (personal data) in various ways
  • by using cookies (see point 9);
  • When you sign up for the newsletter, request contact, download an e-book, register for a webinar, use the website or order a product or service from Phronesyss.

3. Purposes of processing.

3.1 General purposes

Phronesyss will use the Personal Data collected from you only for the following purposes:

  • Category 1: to maintain and improve this Website and to include Personal Data in quasi-anonymous statistics, which cannot lead to the identification of particular individuals or companies, the legal grounds for this are Phronesyss' legitimate interests to make continuous improvements to its Website and services;
  • Category 2: to send you direct marketing, newsletters, whose legal basis is your express, prior consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time;
  • Category 3: to improve the user experience, the legal basis Phronesyss' legitimate interests to make continuous improvements to its Website;
