"Our ISO requires that" is an often-heard and incorrect statement. In this training you will gain in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and how this can be approached according to best practice.
In this interactive basic training course, you gain insight into the standard and a practical guide that will enable you to apply the quality principles to your organisation and your quality management system afterwards.
