This training is intended for all Phronesys and VCA-Online (key) users who are responsible for or involved in the management of the VCA standard within their organization. This training is the ideal introduction if you will take on a leading role within your organization in charting the use of the system. We will teach you the necessary "ins and outs" of the tool, and you can discover best practices from participants who have been using the system for some time.
